Welcome to the Orange County Democratic Black Caucus
The Democratic Black Caucus of Orange County, Florida is a Chapter of the Democratic Black Caucus of Florida, which is an integral part of the Florida Democratic Party's structure. The Executive Committee is the official body of registered Black Caucus Democrats in the State of Florida. Any Democrat who signs a Loyalty Oath is allowed full membership into the Caucus.
